1. Requesting Deletion

If you wish to have your data permanently removed from our systems, including your waitlist entry, email address, and social media handles, please send a data deletion request to privacy@purplecollab.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Deletion Process

Once we receive and verify your request, we will permanently delete your personal information from our active databases within 30 days. We will notify you via email once the deletion is complete.

3. Data Retention

Please note that we may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as dispute resolution or fraud prevention. Any retained data will continue to be protected under our Privacy Policy.
